After a compulsory boerie snack with Champagne, Terry did fresh Vietnamese spring rolls with flowers made for a pretty, and tasty starter. Served with Radforddale Chardonnay and False Bay old school Syrah. Coreta did seared tuna, with cheese risotto and avo slices. The last of the delicious Allen Graillot Crozes-Hermitage.
