While we adjust to the increased Lockdown, the sea thunders with the onset of the latest storms. Grateful for our fire! And that extra glass of red wine.

Stretching canvas, not my best. However, with a bit of effort, I have a new canvas waiting.

During my time in New York City, I admired the artists painting various aspects of Central Park, without the confidence to ‘Just Paint’! Drawing inspiration from the tonal work of my brilliant Master Artist brother, a quick painting.

Added an additional light to the easel for the cloudy days. I don’t use while I’m painting as I find it messes with the colour saturation.

Terry’s Aunt Noreen passed away from COVID-19. Another Star in the sky tonight for our family constellation – Mum, Dad, Jen and Aunty Noreen. Heart breaking times.
