Christmas eve dinner, on a perfect summer evening. Terry found the Worlds best Christmas crackers from Carrol Boyes, which paired beuatifully with her Terrine de Compagne. A Tarte au Chocolat (sort of diabetic sensitive), decadent. Fillet on the break with veg, between the sandwich.
